Your privacy is important to us. SickStreaks does not sell your data, does not access your sportsbook accounts, and does not process real-money wagers. All data is used solely to provide and improve your analytics experience.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and profile preferences (preferred sports, risk tolerance, betting style). We also collect usage data such as which predictions you view and interact with, to improve our services.
We use your information to provide personalized predictions and analysis, to improve our AI models, to send you alerts and notifications (if enabled), and to maintain and secure your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
SickStreaks uses artificial intelligence to generate sports predictions and analysis. Your interaction data (such as preferred sports and viewed predictions) may be used to improve the quality and relevance of our AI-generated content. No personal betting account data is ever requested or stored.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze App usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.
We may use third-party services for authentication (e.g., Google sign-in and Sign in with Apple) and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. When you use Sign in with Apple, we only receive your name and email address to create and maintain your account; Apple does not track your activity within SickStreaks, and your Apple ID credentials are never shared with us. We do not share your personal information with sportsbooks or gambling operators.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile settings within the App. For additional data requests, please contact us. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA.
SickStreaks is not intended for individuals under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
SickStreaks does not process wagers, store betting account credentials, or track real-money transactions. We do not have access to your sportsbook accounts or betting history. All predictions are independent AI-generated analysis.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the App. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
